Forgot your user ID
In this instance you will be required to request your user ID information from eBay. Make sure you make your login ID request using the correct eBay domain (where you signed up) such as eBay.com for USA and eBay.co.uk for United Kingdom.
Forgot your password
If you have forgotten your eBay password then you should do the same as instructed above and try to request a new password. Upon requesting a new password from eBay they will ask you some questions to confirm your identity and will send you the reset instructions on your registered email address.
